PRO: I can not believe that this week went by so fast!
CON: Unfortunately I only worked out 1 time this week :-(
I am actually looking forward to going to the gym tomorrow.
On another note— I went to dinner with a friend I hadn’t seen in about a year…
Friend- “Oh my god, you’ve lost so much weight”
Me- “In all honesty, I haven’t lost a single pound since last year!”
Haha only my weight lifting friends will appreciate the irony in that :-)

I have already entered in my calories in MyFitnessPal for the whole day (it’s not a workout day so I’m allowed up to 1500). I’m going to try and stay on track and focused- I’ll take pictures of my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack and provide nutrition info! :-)
